Bought this for my father's birthday. He loved it. It stopped working the same day he received it. I've been getting the run around from Evergreen on returning it. I've been trying to return it since June 27th and it's now July 12th. No one from Evergreen has called me back within the 3-5 business day time frame. I had to call again today and leave a voicemail.
I just want a replacement and wasn't asking for a refund. Save your money. This is a cheap piece of crap and the company clearly doesn't back the merchandise they sell.
